This is to state that while browsing through my FB page I encountered this site namely Prizeok.com for the first time where in after going through the ad I ordered for a combo pack of two shirt on 02/01/2018 pertaining order no-53332 and the product got delivered on 11/01/2018 which was totally different from the one offered… Its just not only inferior in quality but also differ in size and type as well. There is no value for money against the product received I feel completely cheated as while ordering there was no clause reflecting stating no refund policy if so was case I wouldn’t have gone for it further post ordering the customer care representative called me twice regarding the order confirmation where in I specifically encountered them with similar concern that am I going to receive the product as ordered and they categorically mentioned yes now the scenario is totally different. Kindly arrange for a refund.
