Railway Ticket Refund Issue
Sir, have booked the railway reservation by Swipping the card at Counter & cancelled the same due to unavoidable circumstance on 13.02.2017 but till now i have not been received amount PNR.No.4541020987 refund amount Rs.2800/- & PNR.No.8356216626 refund amount Rs.3050/- . I asked the railway authority he said it will come within a month but waited for almost 4 months. And when i asked again at railway station they informed me to contact IRCTC but IRCTC said it not a E-Ticket so u contact on 139 but on 139 they informed me to ask at railway station only i am just wondering from last to 3-4 months to get my own money.
