I was appointed as a Public Relationship Officer in Ravindra Bharathi Global School in November, 2015. Then I was promoted as a Marketing Manager in February 2016 and also given the charge of Transport. But my salary remained much less than other colleagues. After many fake commitments about my salary hike they made me work for the organization. When I gave my resignation letter in December 2016 because I found a better job option, they did not accept and promised again for salary hike. Now Mr Narsimha Rao, Admin Incharge of Kolkata branch is asking me not to come to office from tomorrow and my name from biometric attendance is also disconnected. I don’t have any other job options right now and I have always served the organisation from the 1st day of their establishment in Kolkata.
