I have got message on whatsapp about Freezing of PNB Accounts by RBI and the post i got is as follows:
RBI freezes Punjab National bank all accounts till further notice with immediate effect. Cash withdrawal only Rs. 3000/-
Plz don’t accept any cheque of punjab national bank

Is this real or just another spam/ scam post circulating on social media.
