Dear Concern, This complaint is against to Reliance Communications that is in legal and fake bill ….we are facing this problem last 2-3 month . I have already complaint against this in Reliance Communications customer care and Appellate Authority but we didn’t get any response from any where. now we have cleared all issues and already told them for termination of my number but no one taken any action on my request and my number is still working. This was the mail but didn’t get any response…. I need to discussed about my reliance mobile bill ,my number is 9711478776., I am using monthly rental 299 rs. after tax I pay 344 rs. every month . but In this month for May17- June17 they applied extra roaming charges @ my home location (Greater Noida-Delhi/Ncr) and show it is in UP WEST that is 911Rs. Extra that is totally fake , I always used my phone at my home location always and when we had tried to discuss with customer care (suman, poonam,gurmeet madhav, Priyanka , karamjit) they didn’t justify my Bill and always disconnect my call in discussion hour, they told we forward your call to my senior but they hold my call for long time and disconnect the call and some one was tried to sale new plan who was supervisor she’s name was “Seema”and pressurized to pay this bill after then his TL “prince ” was told me we can’t help about this and giving to you my senior number but he hold my call till 20 min and disconnect the call . Kindly take this issue seriously …it’s very needfull Thanks
