Renter Asked Me To Evict The Home Before Agreement Period Is Over
I am staying in rent under agreement which is valid till october month. I am staying here for almost 2 year. My owner is asking me to leave the home in 1 month today because as per the agreement either of the parties can terminate the agreement under 1 month of notice. He does not has any valid reason to ask for evicting the house as we have kept his home clean and pay the rents on time. I asked him to let me leave here till the agreement period is over as i have my father eye operation to be done in coming month for which we are very disturb and we have shortage of money as well. I have lot of liabilities to look after and have many household things which needed to be moved in case i find a house but at this time, we are not in the position to shift from 1 place to another as it requires time to find a suitable place where i can move my family. Please guide me how can i handle this situation.
