I have received one package with parcel No. YA403057610IN dated 27 Oct 2017 on 07 Nov 201as cash on delivery. On opening the package no invoice is found and transparent receptacle body is broken. While online booking the product rate was Rs.999/- no delivery charges are shown. After booking one phone came from online station that my product is delivered as COD with an amount of Rs.1199/-. This web site is providing defective products without invoice and no customer care contact phone number and email ID.
Please resolve the complain at the earliest.
