I have order a power bank on 7th April 2018. Payment has been also done through ola money , TRANSACTION ID (DPFM-102V-K9SJ).

It’s been 9 days, I still did not get my order from the same company. After, doing so many followups and reminding mail, i am not able to connect with the saleshop.

I request you to please help me out in this.

Otherwise I am forced to file an FIR in the name of Maxim Electronics services saleshop to whom I have made payment of rs. 849.
