Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com — Unusable furnitreu delivered. No response from the company.

I ordered a king size poster bed with trolley storage on 1st of January 2016. I received the furniture on 20th of January 2016. while the guys installed the furniture i noticed that there is a huge gap of 6 cm from the foot board to the mattress and the connecting pieces of the poster didnt have good finish. Also, the bed length was 6 cm more than wt is shown in their website, becoz of which i cannot open my wardrobe door. I informed the company on phone, sent wtsup images to the concerned. even the trolley storage had no handles to open, so that i can store anything in it. the delivery guy tried to reach their company for 1/2 hr. the guys whom i wts up never took our calls. the delivery guy said i’m just delivering just sign the recieved doc. i did that huge mistake. post which they asked me to send the pics on email, i did. they said they’ll send a carpenter, who came after so many follow ups. and finally turned up after a month, to tell us that its a design or a manufacturing defect. he gave mr. raghunandan, company owners number. i’ve wtsup him, sms him, spoke to him. no response, nobody picks uptheir service center calls. nothing. its been now two months i’ve recieved the product. i’m totally cheated. i want to sue these guys.
