I agree with all the above comments. Mr. Shah presents himself as a well connected individual who can help troubled people arrange anything from commercial mortgages, construction financing and immigration paperwork. From the start I had a gut feeling that this was a shady individual but made the mistake of trusting him because I was introduced to Nasir by someone who I trusted. There will always be an upfront fee for his services and he will not deliver on his promises. He makes it seem like the process will be so easy and once he’s collected funds from you, problems will start arising. When you decide to back out, guess what? You can’t get your money back because it’s already been spent on lawyers, paperwork, etc. Liar, fraudster and scam artist. He should be reported to CSIS for all the fraudulent activities he does.
