I had ordered a sunglass(#100001565) from shop11.in on 5 Aug 2017 and prepaid a sum of Rs.949. Now when I check for the product there is no tracking detail nothing is mentioned what happened to my order and no one is responding to my emails, sms or whats app, I messaged them to cancel my order but no one is responding to that either and there is no option to cancel the product on the website so I afraid of my money as no one responding to that either on their whats app.
