Order NO.104766

I had order the Redimi Note 4 with this shopping site on 08th May, paid through Credit card and they confirm the order with out any stock with them. They send the sms of cancellation when i had ask for the status of the order . They are fooling and cheating the customers in day light by using our money in their bank account. After 10 days also no refund had been process by them, i had mail them trying to contact on their Toll free no 1800-3002-9549 and their online chat is not reachable and no response is coming from them..

Kindly help me to get my refund urgently and save the customers ..
