We have purchased couture cat(set of 3)sweaters from shopcj on 5/02/17,we received the product,but due to quality issue we don’t like that product so when we call to their office,they said we cannot make it refund as they said it’s our policy but I told him,why this statement is not highlited for the customers they have no answer
So Respected court,please take a step against these type of sites,basically the cost is 1299 +169,which doesn’t matter,what matter is they have not shown such type of policy anywhere,when we call they said it is the policy of company and when we asked to provide no of other management of shop cj,they have no awnser.
Kindly solve my issue sir.
