I ordered for a set of 3d bedsheets which were not delivered as shown on TV. They admitted and sent us another set which was again not the one we wanted and promised to send the third one but we cancelled the order on 22nd Oct. After this continuos calls were made on26th oct,4th Nov and many more times each time it was told that the parcel would be picked up from ur home and u will be refunded the amt back in 3-5 working days sometimes and sometimes from 7-10 working days. On 23rd Nov they took my bank details regarding my bank ac no and ifsc code that they would transfer money in my bank account abut it is till today also that when I called them they said have patience and ur complaint is under process and it will be soon solved. More than 1 month has passed that we have cancelled the order. But it seems they r not willing to repay. Kindly do needful.
