I have ordered treadmill worth 24000 /- on 2nd may 2016.

After putting order I got status “product is unavailable”. They are not ready to cancel order or not providing other options. Is that joke to keep 24000 of customer.
Firstly why accept order if product is not available. There should be cancel options coz that’s not my fault. Finding merchant etc is your take. why you are putting my money in danger.

I want to cancel my order and want refund ASAP. ShopClues is such fraud company. They should be banned.
