I ordered for Nokia C-503 on 14th Dec,2016, order id.105683588.r received a Defective pair on 17th Dec.i returned it on 17 Dec through courier by paying rs.49/-.they return my order having order id.3469939 on 17th Dec for the same.this time they send Defective Mobile pair.i return that pair too.this time they Not collected the pair by their own resources.now their responce was that they will refund money i.e. they are unable to provid the required pair of Mobile.
Now the issue is that after so many conversations with them,they are not refunding my money i.e.rs.1249 cost of Mobile + rs.49,courier charges, total of rs.1330.p lease do the needful so that these online compnies not succeed to make people fool.
