ShopClues – No replacement no refund

I have ordered 10 set of candles which I received in a bad condition, I just wanted to return and refund or atleast get a replacement.
This is not the first time that I am facing this kind of issue.
They have stated to me as below.

We have investigated the return request with our courier partner as well as our merchant and found that the complete product has been delivered to you in seal packed condition after proper quality checks.

Therefore, we would not be able to process your return request.

The product didn’t mention that I cannot return if I didn’t want it. It’s not about money but it’s about my time and my respect.
