the two order number regarding pari designer cotton striped sarees from shopclues ordered on same day.one order is through cash on delivery and other is through net payment. Each order should contain two sarees, but i got only one from one order (two sarees from two orders instead of four).At the time of delivery, i dont know that shortage of product is there.After calling to customer care, about one month later i came to know that problem is regarding shortage of product.Branch manager contact us and given assure that the order will be replaced with two more sarees.so, i had shared the images regarding the shipment details and saree photos. But shopclue team sent me message that i would have informed two days after the receiving the order and now they wont replace the time.As, i explained wats the problem regarding the order and why i did inform later, and also sent the images regarding shortage of product, but they are not in a stage to listen and solve my problem from past one month. they are not bothering about customer request.so, please as far as possible try to resolve my problem.
