Redmi 4A Handset, BOKARO STEEL CITY

I have order on site Shopkaar.com, product- Redmi 4A Handset of Rs-5999/- on 07/09/2017 order No. 127313, Amount all ready deposited through Debit card .The site promises to deliver the product within 5/7 days, but product not delivered till now.
I send a mail on 14/09/2017 to Shopkaar.com for item position, We Received a reply as – ” Thank you for contacting us. We will get back to you as soon as possible “. But not any contact till now. Toll Free No. found all wage bigee
