I have booked a plot with them in 2013 with intial down payment of a part of the plot value and balance in seven quartely instalments arrangment. I have already paid 70% of the plot value. When enquired from them about the status of possession of the plot, I learnt that they have not even completed the process of aquisition and therefore even after four years, there is no development of the land. When enquired about the tentative date of possession, they insisted to make balance payment of 30% with interest for delay otherwise, the plot value will be enhanced to current market price but remain non committed on date of possession. On my request for refund of money paid to them till now, they flatly refused to return the money.
On further enquiry, I learnt that one of the director has misappropriated the money collected from various customers.
So I feel, Company’s intentions are not fare. So I request the regulatory authories to take immediate action and save the customers from the clutches of such dubious builders.

I have also booked a plot given full payment ,but no response till date.
Registry started in Shree City 2
I also purchased two plots and paid more than 50% amount.
Now there is no response.
I wish to make complaint
i also purchsed a plot in shrycity 2. but no progress till date with registery and position.
My suggestion is we all should approach to Rajasthan RERA and make joint application against the said developer. If you all are agree please contact me on 9987097904

i think every customer is sailing in the same boat, whosoever has booked piece of land in Shree City-2. i too am waiting for my refund from last 2 years, when the developer failed to offer me the pocession of land. I even heard that there is an internal dispute going among all the business partners of this firm.
I have filled a criminal case against the said builder. If you want same then send your contact number for discussion.

I too have booked a plot in Shree City 2 and all payments made. There is no news from Developers on the Project. It is also learnt, Smart Meadow Project Developers are no longer associated with this project due to some differences, not known. Let all buyers make a common forum to redress the issue and take up with Regulatory Authority.
