My name is Sinoj account holder of rakbank (a/c # 0642561527001) of the branch Dubai invest park. My loan had been approved since may 15th and after that as per bank requirements I have submitted all the documents, the loan amount will not be released so far. When we follow up with loan representative mr Abhishek(0503488135) and mr Mirza (0565463918) they told us fund will be released by the end of the day for last one week.Now they informed us to contact with customercare and complaint against mr Aswin who is responsible for releasing the fund.
