I ordered a iPhone 6s from snapdeal.com by paying rs 30000/- through my HDFC saving account in advance on dated 27.09.2017. Phone was at miserable condition it’s hands free was not working properly so I went to apple store where they declared the whole product a fake and duplicate item. I tried to talk the customer care but the no. shown on website was not working then I sent a mail to them they I asked them to return my money as I also annexed the report given to me by apple store .Firstly the agreed to do the needful but now they are returning me the same duplicate mobile which is easily available on very low price.
I am looking forward for ur help and guidance.
