Dear sir/madam,there was an offer of rs 10000/- off flat on Google pixel 128 gb so I ordered it on 1 st feb 2017 and payment was done at the same time, after some time I canceled the order and I got a message that refund initiated in your card, today its 17 th feb but I haven’t received the refund and after calling regularly they say that within 48 hrs it will reflect in my account, twice I received a reference number but both the time the reference no was different
