I had ordered Prestige Royal Plus GT 03 L AI 3 GLASS AUTOGAS STOVE 40205 from Snapdeal on 12 July 17.
order number IS 19467699964. costing Rs 8180/-
Item was delivered on 17 Jul. On opening the product one burner was defective with 2 screws missing, burner tilted and not fitting properly and stains on plate.
I had requested company to replace the product.
They have not accepted the request saying my return ratio is high and they will not replace the product. I had send the pics of burner to them.
