I have purchase LG 6.2 kg fully automatic washing machine on 29 th September 2015. stating that 10 % cash back will be given on or before 30 November 2015.
Still cash back not given by snapdeal.
I have raised complaint on 1st Feb 2016 & communicate number of time that cash back will be credited to your account as soon as possiable, on 3rd march 2016 a mail from snapdeal we have process your cash back, please check & revert if not reflecting and share bank statement, I replyed on 4th march 2016 with bank statment, no communication till date from snapdeal.
