I was joined in star city membership 2 weeks back. Mr santhosh & akbar who proposed me to join in this. While talking he said 25 nights free stays, free 5 times spa, free 3 days food, life time free swimming pool, gym and indoor & outdoor games are available in chenaai porur & ecr. And also he said every month i can get a 5movie tickets free for any movies. This is the special offer with 16k only so he requested me to join in this. I told him that i will only use porur resort is it available there? He said it is available. Then only i have joined in this membership.
I went to porur resort two week back. I was totally disappointed that these is no swimming pool, worst gym. There is not maintained properly. If you use those you will spoil your health. And for staying they said around 800rs per night for service charge but the room worth itself a 500rs. And for spa its 1200rs including coupon. I was totally disappointing. I really upset with this. I am trying to contact akbar but ne never attend my calls for past two weeks. Its totally irritating. I dont want this membership. I never used it till now and and never will. So i asked to refund the money but they are not ready to give. But before pay i have read the terms & condition. They said there is a cancellation is available if you don’t like. But now they are refuse to do it. If i call they cut my call and treat me too badly. Kindly help me.
