Street Style Store – Delay in delivery without intimation

I has placed an order for shoes online from Streestylestore.com. The order was placed on 16 April 2016 and even after a month there was no delivery.
I had written to the customer care service and was told that they had put my order on “urgent’ basis and that it was only ninth day after placing my order.
After writing again to the customer care service they just send an apology email and assure to deliver it within 48 hours and still fail to deliver. Meanwhile their courier service boy calls after leaving from the house stating that there was no one at home and did not call to check when he reached the home. He also mentioned that he is trying to deliver it second time and could not even recollect when he tried doing delivering for first time.
