I bought SUN Direct HD dish just 2 weeks back and it got installed on 28th May 2017. after installation i observed 2 major problem.

Favorite channel function was not working like TATA SKY or Videocon as i have used both before.

SD channel quality is very Poor compare to TATA Sky or Videocon as i have used both before. i can able to watch only 4 HD Tamil channel SUN TV, K TV & SUN Music.& Vijay. Other tamil channels are SD and quality is very poor.

HD service is excellent.

when i approached their service center and taken up to Nodal to resolve these 2 issue, but they are convincing me and they confirmed this issue can’t be resolved.

so be clear before buying SUN Direct HD service.
