I had ordered a watch from http://www.swissgiant.com/ vide order number #1245786206-1 on April 6,2017 at 11:19 am.
Before having transferred money (RTGS) for the product, I enquired specifically if they would refund my money in case I am unhappy with the product via telephonic conversation as well as through e-mail- to which they gave an affirmative response. But now they are refusing to accept return and refund my money.
