I have ordered an iPhone for an amount of Rs. 19, 499/- on 22 Feb 16 in www.syberplace.com through credit card payment(Card Type: MC). The order number is 100059855. There is no progress/update on my order till to-date. I tried to contact them on the number given in their site i.e. 080 3364 6032 and 040-65521856. But no one is picking it up. I got one e-mail on 27 Feb saying that: “We have received your order and it is confirmed.It will be dispatched in 7-13 Business days. Once it is dispatched we will share the Tracking Details ” I e-mailed twice and . After that I sent an e-mail inquiring about the status. Then I got another reply that “Dear Nejin Kumar, Your product will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. Once dispatched the tracking details will be shared with you”. Then after so much days, I again sent e-mails on 9 Mar and 20 Mar as there was no further updates. I tried to cancel my order, but, no option found in the site for cancelling the order.
I really lost. I would request to refund my money at the earliest. I don’t need the phone any more. Please do something to get me back the money refunded
