My mother was on morning walk where she hit by the side mirror of scooty came from the backside and the mobile phone which was in her right hand slipped from her hand and screen got damaged. the phone was insured from sysaka company now almost 6 months had over that I logged my complaint they told me to pay once to the mobile service station and they will pay me as the procedure will complete. I had paid 6000 rs to samsung service centre now after 6 months they are repeating the same thing and not transferring the payment I request you to plese take the action and help me to get the amount and compensation money and I also have a receipt of money the service station has charged from me
