The worst customer service i had ever dealt with, i made order #83308641 and after 40 mins i received a message of cancellation from your side, however the estimated time to receive the order is 35 mins, i contact your customer service rep (Mohamed) but he is lying that you tried to contact me 2 times which didn’t happen he forwarded the call to his leader (Ahmed Mohamed Elsayed) he didn’t make any difference and refused to forward the call to complain officer with very unhelpful manner he just told me this is the situation and this is whatever happened.. Thank you for your minor customer service attitude and your careless service i think there is better apps that may respect the customer rather than yours!
This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my whole life. The driver was impolite. My order took 4hrs and everything I maintained in the comments when My order was ignored , I will never use this app again in my whole life and I will not recommend it to anyone.
