Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this mail regarding complaint against Tata Docomo broadband.

I took a connection of broadband from Tata Docomo for 15 months advance rental connection. Account No. 990840602
I was staying on a rented accommodation and hence I opted for 15 months connection only.
After the 15 months time period, Without any intimation via mail, sms or phone call, my connection was continued beyond 15 months interval on postpaid basis.
When I complained regarding the same via my registered mail ID ([email protected] ) with Tata Docomo, I got reply saying that please reply from your registered e mail ID, while I was replying from the registered ID only.
My connection was not disconnected and again a new bill is presented to me. I paid the extra bill and asked for immediate disconnection.

After chasing them again over mails and calls they took my disconnection request. After that also I got another bill for 7 days, which Tata Docomo is saying this is mandatory as they cancel the service only after at least 7 days. When I asked them over phone and mails for written communication around the lack of service in customer communications, no one responded. And I explained the situation to almost 10 different people from Tata Docomo but no one answered why they did not informed/communicated me when my tenure for advance rental was getting over. Even I got call from their legal department and I explained to them also that I am charged beyond my advance 15 months period without any intimation/communication. I am harassed mentally and they are now torturing me for Payment by a Legal Notice, sent by their Advocate Mr. Deepak Choudhari ([email protected]).

Please help me with below:
– I was not informed for my connection continuation after 15 months’ time period was over, by mail, sms or phone. This is lack of service. Tata Docomo Customer service is saying by default your advance rental interval connection will automatically convert to monthly postpaid connection without intimation. This is lack of service.
– When I asked for disconnection, my connection was not immediately disconnected saying that I am not replying from registered e mail ID, but I was sending mails from registered ID only. This is again lack of service, a customer should be intimated for any changes in his service/plans.
– A new bill is presented now saying, the connection will go for at least 7 days even though you complaint.
– Legal Notice is sent to me for non payment but no one from Tata Docomo accepted their lack of service or explained me why I was not intimated for extra usage plans beyond 15 months advance plan. I am mentally harassed by Tata Docomo and this is torture for payment, while their is lack of service from Tata Docomo.
