Sir my self Chayan jana my tata sky vc no 1212334385..purchased on 02-12-2016 the copy of bill also enclosed for your ref. .Sir Last one months I am facing several problems. ..its only six month old and the tatasky representative has come and change the set top box but after next day the box not working. ..last 4 times in a month (june) I’m facing same problems ..I’m really helpless what to do..even I request to customer care also that plz give me new box atleast but no response. Last 3 days I’m facing same problem but the tatasky sky centre +911140519582 they are not supporting me. Now what should I do…3 days before I just recharge my tatasky but box not working. .the tatasky representative Mr. ASHUTOSH +918588043915 he also not picking my phone. .Sir I request you to please do action against this.
