Tata sky has rogued more than Rs 2000 from us since last 30-40 days in name of providing DTH services to me .First of all the asked me to replace my old set top box having id 1091576189 and charged Rs 1000 for that but still the problem remained same. After making several complaints they sent another technician who asked me to replace my dish assembly and for that they charged rs 400 again . But still after that the problem remained same and in the meantime they demanded another Rs 600 for continuing services but still after that the problem remained the same. They do not bother about consumer complaints and take 4 to 5 days in responding and they are still not able to provide satisfactory solution . It is requested to you to deal the matter strictly
