I HAVE PURCHASED TATA PHUTAN LONG TIME BACK AND A SIM CARD WAS GIVEN FREE.I WAS PAYING REGULARLY, NEVER DELAYED. LAST YEAR I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PHOTON FOR CLOSER. CUSTOMER CARE TOLD ME KEEP SIM CARD ,CHARGES WILL BE RS 99 PER MONTH, THEY USED TO SEND HUGE BILL & I USED TO GO CUSTOMER CARE BARGAIN & PAID MONEY ,REQUESTED THEM TO STOP MY CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT , BUT TATA INDICOM DID NOT DISCONNECT, LIKE THAT IT GOES ON FOR 4 MONTH, FINALLY ON 29TH AFTER BARGAINING I PAID RS 114 AS FINAL PAYMENT VIA RECEIPT SUBMITTED SIM CARD VIA RECEIPT NO 89534704 DATE 29TH JUNE 2017 @1157HR AND TOLD THEM TO DISCONNECT., AFTER THAT I NEVER USED THAT PHONE NO. THIS MONTH VIA MY EMAIL THEY HAVE SEND A HUGE BILL.
I REQUEST CONSUMER COURT TO SORT OUT & IMPOSE PENALTY FOR HARASSMENT.. REGARDS,
