I Have changed home from 2nd floor to 1st floor in the same building. I requested for paid services (only charges for extra cable). But they are asking me to pay Rs. 300 plus extra cable charges as service charges where they are not actually changing Antenna, which I felt unfair and raised ticket to cancel my account. still they are negotiating me on this.

My monthly consumption charges are around 230/- yearly it will be around 2,500 approx. These kind of experiences I faced many time with them at end they will agree to my points. So consumers don’t blindly pay unfair charges.. fight for your rights…don’t go for tatasky my suggestion for new installers.
