I dial an international number to Nepal, but there is only IVR response that my call is temporary barred and my Balance is deducted by rs 15.
I call customer care but they do not solve my issue. And also cut my call without solving this issue. I requesting you to please solve this issue. My service provider is Telenor Bihar. I am from Patna (Bihar).
