Thangarasu Appavoo — Advance money given and company refuse to return

Dear Sir, I engaged a transport company for my tour in south India starting the 29/12/2015 to 4/1/2016. Have requested a company, Kartik Krishnan Kannan Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd, 1273, Trichy Road, Coimbatore 641018 Tel: +91422-2302280, 2301281, 4393291, 4393281 Email: [email protected], [email protected] Website: http://www.kannantours.com I transferred 15, 000 rupees to his nominated account. Due to a unfortunate medical situation on my foot, I was advised by the doctor in Ooty to return to Perth and seek immediate attention.I flew back on the 29/12/2015 to perth. I was in severe pain and could not call the company earlier, however I did call that very same night and informed Kartik of my situation and advised that the tour is cancelled. Can you help me get the refund and I want this money to be sent to a charity organisation in Tamil Nadu, such as to help those who were affected in the flood. Thanks & Regards, Appavoo
