I bought a laptop on 21st Jan from LENOVO’s official website www.thedostore.com. I have paid 72000 already. The site promised to deliver the laptop within 5-7 working days. Lenovo has yet to deliver the laptop. The shipping date keeps getting revised. First 28th Jan, then 31st Jan.

They do not have the laptop and yet accepted the order / payment. This amounts to fraud. I have requested them many times to refund the money but they refuse to do so.
