I ordered Ultra HD Sports Camera from togofogo.com whre the quality specified was Ultra HD with 10180 resolution. But the product delivered is not upto the specified quality as mentioned on website. I talked to the customer care but the deny any assistance. I am ready to pay extra amount for another product of higher quality but they are denying the same. Now I am struck up with a low quality product which is of no use. Such a blunder i have been gone through. I just want my product exchanged for another product and I will pay the additional amount. Please help out.
