hi ! complaint IS regarding innova crysta PB- 22 – P- 1306 i have been raising issues regarding manufacturing defects in my car which was finally diagnosed at 20000 km service that there is bend in alloy wheels of the car and new crysta has faced problems and company accepted yes there were some issues with the product and yes we will replace them after taking all the requred procedures . i was given assurance that company will look into the matter and resolve the issue now after nearly 100 days of complaint i have been told that your alloy wheels can not be replaced all these months i suffered a lot moreover my tyre got burst on the highway i can proove this is an manufacturing issue and toyota it self has changed the configuration of the alloys for the same model . now justify my querries and don’t force me to knock the doors of judicary for justice and end our long relation of 13 years .
