My name is Naveen Kumar , ihave made a reservation for A/C bus ticket on 22 March 2017, to travel from JBS Secunderabad to SIRICILLA with journey date: 23 March 2017 at 8 am @₹251/-, with service no:7579,due to reasons unknown the bus service was cancelled and no intimation was given to me ,even after giving all the detail at the time of booking.
On 23rd March 2017 ,morning I went to the bus stand after waiting till 9 am bus has not reported, for the said journey .
After making enquiry at the bus counterforce cancellation/refund for the amount, they requested me to come later and collect the money for cancelled service.
After that I went 4times to JBS to collect the refund but they have not given refund till date .
Is this the kind of service we get for advance reservation made.
