I order a combo product from tulsi trends a pink colour gown with a grey colour dress but i received a completely different product which is a blue coloured dress material.I tried contacting them on the number provided on the site(tulsitrends.in) but the number is not connecting. I also mailed them but didnt receive any reply.They are also not allowing me to return the order on there site.Please let me return the order and get thr refund.If you want i can share the screenshots regarding order.The order is worth rs. 1368.
This is savitha I order a party wearing dress from Tulsitrends a green colour dress but I received a completely different product which is a nevy blue colour dress material. I tried contacting them on the number provided on the site ( on received product also same no) but the number is not connecting. I also mailed them but didn’t get any reply. They are also not allowing me to return the order on site. Please let me return the product and get the refund. If you want I can share the screenshot regarding order. The order worth Rs.864.
