SUBJECT:-Complaint against illegal construction in H.No.5/90 front side subhash nagar new delhi 27

Respected Sir,

With due respect, it is to state that I lodged many complaints regarding illegal construction in H.No.5/90 front side subhash nagar Delhi-27 as he is completely violating the approved plan of MCD. I met you personally in your office on 13/04/2018. I highly appreciate your efforts made on my application dated 15/03/2018 In this connection, it is stated that the efforts made by you were not fruitful due to the negligence of your officials/officers by not demolishing the extended portion of the plot which is illegal.

A mere action was taken by the officers. It is presumed that it is an eyewash and can be repaired soon. It also seems that the concerned officers/officials of MCD are involved in this illegal construction as they are not taking proper action. This house is two sided open with illegally constructed 15X4 m2 balcony front facing balcony balcony west facing on ground floor, first floor and second floor & thrld floor all are without map and it is going to be the same on the third floor now he is constructing fourth floor and above

It is therefore requested that illegal construction of this property should be demolished completely as early as possible and necessary action should be taken against corruption.
