Dear Sir/Madam,
I had placed prepaid order for jeans from snapdeal app on 16.10.2016,
On 22.10.2016 i got message in the evening that the product has been delivered successfully, But the fact is this that i was in Allahabad on that day & the Gorakhpur office address given by me for delivery was closed due to 4th Saturday. in astonished i loged a complain for non delivery on the same day through snapdeal app in reply i didn’t get any revert mail or message. In fear i lodged a complain through telephone also on 24.10.2016 & the lady executive told me that the problem will be resolved within 4 days, but after expiring the limit period for resolve the issue, i made repeatedly call to snapdeal customer care but every time they are just giving the polished reply & nothing has been done, furthermore they are adding fresh time frame but we are getting nothing update either through mail or message.
In fear i am lodging the complaint at the appropriate platform & i am hopeful for getting the solutions.
It is to be kindly noted that In between i have lodged several complains through app, mail & on telephone but no reply came from the snapdeal company.
