Respected sir,
I am M.NANDA KISHORE I have ordered a watch and shoes with paytm order numbers are 2455874008 and 2459776850 the money has been debited for the orders is RS.1653/- and RS.1069/- from union bank of india. I have contacted paytm for that but they said that we have settled with the bank.Then i have contacted the bank authorities regarding that but bank people are not responding regarding that sir. I have placed the order one month back that is 0n 25/12/2016.
please help me in getting the money back sir . my refer number with paytm is 17404991 and the complaint number with the UNION BANK OF INDIA IS 20109253.
