Unique services for AC located in Thane is a Fraud company. They make the contract for a year or two at cheapest rates and neither pick up the calls once the contract is done, they give the time for technician to visit but never sent for services at ur place. Please be aware of this company before making contract. Once the contract is done and even though first service is not yet done still they refuse to give back your amount that you have given. I rate them ZERO out of TEN for the services they provide.
yes this is fraud i called last 2 days i did cont for 2 yr now all phones are switched off no mobile no working… any new number any one have we put poilice complaint… i am working in police section if i get no then i will slove the problem they cheated to customer…

same with me , had service contrct for three years in march 2017. some how gave one service after that no phone pick up.looks they are doing intentionaly.

Is anyone log a complaint against them, If yes, can you share the same, I will also need to make a strong complaint against them. The same thing happened to me as well. They are really fraud. I can name few of them who called for contracts Shakshi, Rasika etc… They promised many things before the contract but when the actual delivery comes, they fail to do that.
The same incident happening with me now… Already paid for 1 yr contract.. Gal named practima.. Calling since 6 months for taking the contract.. After which I did.. First they technicians checked ac.. Told that we will fill the gas.. After one day itself.. Again cooling was off…they assured they will send the person again.. I’m following them since past one month now.. And nobody is bothered to send someone.. Or even call me.. Persons involved are rasika.. Abhishek… Pratima
I have been calling for last 10 days regarding my cotract of 2 acs.The contract was made for three years in jan 2014.They promised me to give nine services in 3 years. Which they never gave. Only on repeated calling they gave 6 services.They divert my call or don’t pick up my phone.Earlier they assured me that they will give me all the 9 services even if the contract period is over.They have declined to keep their assurance.It is a fraud company.I shall try my level best to transmit the fradulant activity of the company through facebook to its other customers.
Yes, I have also faced the same situation.
They keep promising to come and do not come for servicing.
My ac is not working. They filled Gas and promised to come back for further repairs. Since 31st March it is still not yet done.

Unique AC Services is Fraud Company. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CONTRACT FOR AC SERVICING. They keep promising me every day for their visit to my place but their person never come for servicing. From this company, Ms. Asha Chaudhary called me and assure about best services and all but all that is fraud. I tried to talk to their owner, but he also keeps false promising. Everyone including technicians give excuses. Third class service.
Unique AC services . Absolute frauds. You have to call them a number of times for service and still they don’t turn up.
After taking advance payment. Keep making excuses.
Kept calling to make contract and then they cannot provide the service.
i completely agree. i had called on 29th July and till date no one has turned up to resolve the issue. The lady who takes the call always promises that she will call but never call and never understands the requirements.
I wanted to speak to their boss but he never comes on line. they are only interested in taking new/accepting new booking or client but dont know how to retain them.
