Sir,
I have ordered online for supply of a solar e-Rickshaw to Mr.P.K.Jha, Sr.Manager, Unisun Renewable Energy, Calcutta, works- 81 Nonadanga Road, Sheoraphuli, Hooghly, WB, Phone: +91-7003062399/ 9681174998 ,against an advance payment amounting to Rs.50,000.00 on29/09/2017 through SBI National Electronic fund Transfer . But Mr.P.K. Jha has gone silent on receipt of payment. After several correspondences over phone and mail he had informed me that the product will be send after 4-5 weeks later on receipt advance money. Presently, I request him to refund my advance money ” as he fails to supply the product ” but he is not interested to refund my money as well as the product. On 15/11/2017 he said that your money will be refunded if you agree for a deduction of 20%. Accordingly I have agreed to but till he is not sending the money.
I there for, lodge herewith my complaint in the consumers court for taking necessary action as per rule of the court.

The Seller, Named Mr P.K. Jha ( mbl 9681174998) has been found a fraud person. Till to date he has not responded my letters and try to avoid me. It is therefore action may be taken against him as per rule.
