We had booked Simla-Manali-Chandigard tour from Veena World(Goreoan Staion West Branch) for 8 people on May-2018, Out of which one of the member could not attend the tour because of health issue(as she was admitted in Hospital) .
Veena world was supposed to give us 40% of refund amont which was promised by the sales guy from Goregaon branch.
But when we received actual amount, it was just the penny in front of what was promised to be returned . (There are hidden terms, which they will not show you while cancellation, they will happily cancel it and terms will be shown afterwards)
Veena World Sales Guys are all time big thugs .
Will never book from veena worls henceforth .
